Do the KWs in social signals, such as the post that comes with the share, matter?

and if yes, -
If I have a multi-niche site, what should I do?

Ofc it meters! Make posting for every niche separately. If its FB, than, when you publish new page (niche) on your site, go to your Facebook page and post like:

"[keyword that you want to target] + [link to page on your site with h(a)ck] ", do that for every page/niche that you have on your site.

example: " Our team developed brand new, super cool Clash of Clans hack for iOS 2017, yoursite.com/clashofclashack"

Comments on those posts are also important (its better if comments have something related to your keyword in it, same goes for Youtube comments).

From a SEO perspective of getting Domain Authority, Trust and so on it doesn't count so much due social signals / hashtags are only limited to certain pages which do not link directly to your page. In the most cases, you can set just nofollow links (no Domain Authority will pass) and/or a redirector will be placed by the platform (like twitter) to filter SE-Bots out and pass only human users. So it is difficult to get any SEO juice from that technique these days.

For brand promotion: Yes this will help but remember 90% of twitter-content is spam.

A general problem: Some hashtags and social signals are not strictly bounded to themes or niches, due some hashtags can be used to completely other themes and niches.

I have never seen any evidence that social signals help with SEO, there is some correlation but that does not equal causation.

I see people saying social signals do effect SEO now and then so I ask them to link me to any evidence they have and I am still waiting for them to get back to me.

they does matters, when search engines crawls the posts on social media they scan the keywords of the posts and helps to rank your site using social signals.
