lol dude everybody has a 6-pack only with most people it's cover with fat.
so a low fat percentage is gonna get u the best results tough anyways.
that app has loads of workouts.

The basic idea is that when you build muscles you are converting body fat into muscles. To get more muscles you must get more fat that means food. But the right kind of food, not KFC, Mc Donalds. Thats gonna make you obese. So you must kinda control your diet. You must eat a balanced diet with good amount of protein. Visit Gym regularly to convert your body fat into muscles. Do excerices and refer to some youtube channels if you wish. Just have faith and determination and you will do it! :)

The majority of people have a 6 back but it is not visible due to fat. I have gotten a lot of my friends a 6 back by guiding through what to do. All of them said "Fuck this, it was not worth all this work for only a 6 pack (after they had gotten)". Some started building their whole bodies, others just stopped. No one kept dieting just for a six pack.
If you're aiming to get a 6 pack to become apparent with the girls or to show off, then I suggest you do not even try, as you'll realise that it's not worth dieting for only your abs. Workout everything if you're going to workout.

Guy above me doesn't really know what he's talking about. Your body needs carbs + protein + calorie surplus to build muscle, there's more to it, but that doesn't matter atm. Your fat can be used to build muscle if you have excess fat, but eventually that fat will be burned off and you'll need to be taking in the right amount of macro's to maximise your gains. You need to watch your fat intake and calorie intake mostly if you want to remain lean while building muscle. I can go on for hours. If you are actually interested in bodybuilding then I suggest you start reading on dieting, rather then asking how you can get a 6 pack. Because a 6 pack is not worth maintaining, especially if you're an meso/endomorph. Trust me.

Go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/ and get infos about type of exercises that you should do and many more useful tips. Check it ;) And show us photos about your progress month by month :D
