Should I switch IPs for every Blogger account I make?

It's painfully slow using a VPN to set up my Bloggers just so I can use a different IP every time. Is what I'm doing even necessary? I figure since Google owns Blogger, they can see that I'm making Bloggers on different IPs, despite using different G-mail accounts.

M3 E92, here I come!

if you really worked very hard and don't wanna lose your hard work , then yes.
also if you really want to be 100% secure use private browsing for each of them so that gmail dosen't recognise any cookies.

You definitely should change the IPs or else you might wake up just to see all your work gone.
