Revoked Leads

Hi there,
I have a question that I also asked my AM, but I want to hear independent opinions.

Why does it happens so some advertisers revoke leads? To 20th April they have revoked me about 8% (50$) of leads from March. That doesn't seem fair ins't it? They certanly didn't returned money for payed offers to my visitors.

If you're driving incent traffic it was likely a user who abused your system (i.e. a user who creates multiple accounts on a GPT website and uses a script to convert on the same offer over and over, behind a different account each time).

It could have been duplicate leads causing them to revoke your leads as they already have that person in their database.

Some advertisers might revoke a lead due to budgetary issues. Most of advertisers revoke leads because they are suspicious about the origin of the leads. Perhaps, you have used a grayhat or blackhat method? If so, that must account for at least 90% of the reason of the revoke.

As for whether it is fair or not, it is business and real life. You can make your own assumptions.

lots of fraud happens on pin submits. i had this happen with AWM and lost over $1000 due to a pub on my network. He would get people to do the pin submit then cancel right after causing the revokes also some people can hack the postback code so when 1 coverts it will show as 2 conversions
