To start with, you will need: GSA Search engine ranker, GSA Captcha Breaker, 30 semidedicated proxies from buyproxies.org, a vps (solidseovps, the ssd version with 4 cores and 4 GB of ram costs $28), an indexing service (indexification is my recommendation), an article software (look for wicked article creator, the basic version, $35, has a built in spinner), a good list (look for serlists, they practically spoonfeed you with the settings they use on their campaigns, of course you should test and tweak as you see fit as time passes), and A LOT of free time to digest all of this info.
I also do not recommend using blogger and wordpress because after I recently ranked a niche, someone reported me and got my blog deleted, 400k backlinks down the drain. I recommend self hosted multi niche sites in a silo structure, and with contextuals as tier 1 and mass spam as tier 2.
Look around at the GSA forum, I learned a lot from there when I started out.
Be prepared to spend around $500-$600 to start with, and around $80-$100 per month for the vps, proxies, indexing service and anything else that may come along.

Good luck!

Better way to learn SEO properly. I recommend you to go the MOZ blogs and see their tutorials for beginners.

So basically you have 0 knowledge about IM yet you want to bank hard, nobody is going to spoon feed you, unless you pay him, so start reading threads and learn by yourself.

What you need to rank in Google is SEO (Search Engine Optimation). There are many many different ways do do SEO. I recommend you, firstly go and learn what is SEO and how it works. Read/Learn some different Seo-strategies and after you choosed one to go you can start asking specific questions. Angelis just gave you 1 strategy, maybe not the one that i'ld prefer but it works for many guys.

Instead of saying something like "i don't know what you mean with multi niche sites in silo structure...." go, search for it and learn what it is.
