So I have good landing pages with good keyword density, the landing page is good! The only problem is I am not receiving much traffic. My landing page is an HTML website, how should I go about ranking this site without GSA? Thanks.

It's very hard to rank 1 landing page with 1 article. I would go with C&B or very slow a d careful manual link building.

You can build out some manual 2.0 properties, and then outsource the next tier or use GSA.

Maybe try driving some social traffic. Even artificial traffic like from addmefast.

Thanks everyone good advice, but is GSA easy or hard to use? Should I look into getting it? Seems very complex...but it really might be the only way to succeed in today's market...

Everything depends from the competitiveness of your niche/keyword.
GSA is a great, "must-have" tool, but not the ultimate one. Otherwise, it's very easy to learn and use.
Don't forget that if you plan to buy GSA you need a captcha sercive as well. And maybe an indexer, too.
Proxies are mandatory. Semi-dedicated will do the job.
Once you learn your ways through the program, buy one premium GSA list.
If you have the budget, buy it! Sooner rather than later. If you don't, do it the hard way first.
I have read many guides for a manual Web 2.0 link submission, so try to find one that best suits you.
I hope this quick guide helped. Good luck!

To be honest, unless you have $200+ to spend on the tools and the time to learn how to use them effectively, I would just outsource the work. If you have the budget then go for it! but it will be pretty costly

Manual link building is tiring.. but unless you have a good idea of the amount of links you need for your competition and a good grasp of the diversities of the links then its possible.
