but that flushes the dns on your pc.. if your ISP cached the dns result, you will need to wait the TTL expire at their dns server..
I have modified the TTL on godaddy aswell but no luck.

yep, that won't help as your ISP already cached the previous IPs according to the previous TTL
if you need quick access to your site, simply add a line in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
LOL, I just did that before coming back here.
