Is it allowed to transfer money from your paypal balance to your bank account? because i need to pay for some important stuff in cash?

Yep, it is. The PayPal name should also be the one on your bank account though.

Yes it is, you should be concerned about your income if it's a lot of money.
I know it's no problem to withdraw about $2000/month (where I live) without getting troubles with taxes.
Your PayPal, as said by TheSilentKid before, must be connected with your bank to withdraw the money.

just add you bank details to your paypal account... I always withdraw paypal funds to my bank account.... If you need any help then PM me...

I have moved funds from paypal to my bank before without an issue. Are they giving you any trouble with it?
