I am little bit fat and not fit at all. Please provide me few information that would help me.

Q1. What is the best meal for morning?

Q2. What is the best meal after workout?

Q3. What is the best meal before going to bed?

Q4: Which supplement I should go for?

First meal should be eggs, oats bananas etc.

best meal after workout is protein related stuffs.

nuts, peanut etc is best before going to bed.

Well I personally suggestion not to take supplements.

I would say ask your gym trainer for the tips instead of finding anything online. He will know what meals would be better for you at this moment.

The best foods are oats,beef,chicken,whole eggs or egg white,avocados and many more but these are the most useful for your body.

Just split them according to your macros and you make your diet :)

1. Eat your first meal of the day as a king, lunch a bit smaller in proportion than your first meal, and the dinner should be the smallest. I prefer eating oats, bread omelette, and 2 bananas.

2. Protein obviously. After the workout, your body will need protein. Eat loads of protein, like chicken, egg whites, red meat, or simply a protein shake.

3. Well, pretty hard. I would say consume, peanut butter, yogurt, or a protein shake. Since, I don't know if you're adding mass or shredding, I can't really say what you need.

4. If you want to add some lean muscle mass, go for whey protein, I recommend Optimum Nutrituion Gold standard whey. Been using it for years, top notch quality. Again, since I don't know what you're adding I can't really say what you need 'cus you gave absolute no information.

I am from Philippines so basically what I eat is the same everyday lol

- I usually eat wheat bread 2 pcs - hard boiled egg 2 pcs

Q2. What is the best meal after workout?
- I drink 1 scoop of gold standard whey , and eat chicken breast.

Q3. What is the best meal before going to bed?
- I don't usually eat before going to bed ( since I am currently cutting)

Q4: Which supplement I should go for?
- It should be what you are currently aiming. For example for me I want to cut so I am taking fat burner(hydroxycut next gen) pairing it with gold standard whey after workout.
