I've managed to rank from 1-5 position website without any backlinks and without niche related description with only pure traffic. If i now change description to be niche related will my rankings drop or will it increase?

First of all is google using the meta description you set? A lot of the time they don't and use an excerpt from the page anyway.

The meta description in its own isn't a huge ranking factor. However a description that increases clicks will lead to potential rank increase. You'll benefit a whole lot more from driving some quality, relevant backlinks to that article & site than you will changing a meta description and you wont risk your result being taken out or re-tested.

Congrats on your ranking though. That's a decent keyword with a fair share of avg monthlies.

If you don't mind me asking, how old is your site?

I'm ranked for keywords which i don't have on website at all. I have 4,5 videos on youtube ranked with that keyword which point to my website so i'm guessing that this have something to do with it. Website is old 6,7 months
Thanks, i just got lucky honestly. But after this i will start learning seo hard. Getting decent 50-100$

Should i do something or not? I'm scared to do something not to fuck up and in other hand i'm scared if i do nothing website will get deranked or something.
I hope you understand what i'm trying to say :D

I would personally wait it out and see what happens, if it doesn't drive enough clicks in comparison to lower results you'll most likely drop in ranking. However with time you may get tested in the 1-3 position.

Others would try and push the article to the top 3 through adding more content, making a more clickable meta title & description as well as firing some backlinks towards the article.

There's no right plan of action, different strokes for different folks.

I don't think it works. Meta title, meta description are affecting on SEO ranking, but they are not much powerful to outrank the others. Please consider backlinks too.
