Hey, since after reading alot of Journeys, I find SEO more successful method than advertising on facebook. Hence, I am currently doing a Digital Marketing Course. So I have completed the first Lesson on SEO [Almost].

The only ways they though me, was something I already knew.
1. Creating Backlinks
2. Link Building
3. Keyword Targetting.

Now, I can ask them about how many people would I need on monthly clicks so my niche goes successful. This is the best forum to ask, Also I would like to make it open thread. If you have any questions you would like to get answered you post it below, Ill add it here so you find quick answers. Good Luck!

So here's the questions:

1.How many Keywords clicks would I need per month, fora decent successful Click and Lead Ratio

Sorry, to be perfectly honest with you this thread does not make much sense, which is likely why you're not getting any responses on here. The question you asked is impossible to answer based on many factor, one being it depends on the niche you use and how good the landing page is.

Yes I totally agree with you. Niche must play a big role. I was asking this question so that i could decide a keyword and on that my niche, so I would use this answer to find a niche. I do not aim high, so maybe 1000+ searches are enough to aim about 5-10$/day at initial stage? Also, I notice I forgot to mention that I missed Google Adwords. I meant clicks on Google Adwords, not my LP.

When choosing a keyword you need to remember a lot of different factors, if I choose a keyword this is what I'd normally implement first:

1. Check the first page of Google, make sure there's no massive PA/DA sites such as obvious authority domains. Install the MOZ / Majestic and check that, including the overall CF/TF (Citation Flow / Trust Flow) for the top ranked websites.

2. On Google you get broad search results for the keyword without " ", just check the overall results when doing that, then you can include the keyword with the quotes like: "keyword" and check how many results, opt for between 30-50k search results if you're going after the smaller stuff.

Use with quotes still and see how many pages below are omitted, meaning, scroll to the bottom of the results and keep heading over to the back pages, it gives you an idea of how many domains are optimizing. Also check using: intitle:"keyword" and look at the results.

If I'm going to post I guess it would be good that I help you with even further advanced data, so, going back to the METRICS...

Look at Google's 10 websites and Open:
================================================
- https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/ and look at the DA and PA
- https://majestic.com and check the: amount of links, TF, CF

Metrics you could look for:
==============================
TF -Trust Flow = 40
CF - Citation Flow = 60

PA - Page Authority = 40
DA - Domain Authority = 60
==============================

If any of the top 5 in your niches are bigger than that I would skip it and try to rank something else. Please note this are only rough estimates, I don’t do competition analysis that much I mostly buy links until I rank, if its impossible then I quit with that particular niche.

To know if its too hard to compete against, use the metrics I sent you, you can't just look at the link profile (You could spot if hes using PBN/Sape but that’s a lot of manual work and you need a majestic subscription to see all links.)

Best links to use for yourself would be if hes using SAPE; then use sape too. If hes using PBNs then use PBNs too.. use the services you have saved etc...

Finding seeds:

- http://lsigraph.com/ and take the suggestions.
- https://adwords.google.com/KeywordPlanner#search
- https://ubersuggest.io/

Check their social signals:

- http://www.likeexplorer.com/

Tool to use:

https://moz.com/tools/keyword-difficulty
https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority
https://moz.com/learn/seo/page-authority
https://moz.com/learn/seo/mozrank
https://moz.com/learn/seo/moztrust

Please note - It's VERY important to understand something before you start, you must understand that when looking for keywords to rank the competition could be using PBN's (private blog networks), if that's the case and they are GOOD they will be hiding their tracks well, meaning, you could be heading into something blind and competing with hidden links thus you will waste some time and money.

Nothing in SEO is guaranteed it's all trial and error, unless you're investing heavily into PBNs yourself you will get hit and misses.

Trial and error, remember that, keep scaling and testing!

Hawk

You can link directly from the PBN to the money site, just ensure never to use the exact anchor more than once when doing so. You would change things up of course so as to look natural.

If you have enough PBN's it's not something you would need to worry about.
