Could someone tell me why Google isn't deindexing all websites which are listed on SAPE? I mean it's easy to write a script to harvest them and there is no way for a misuse like negative SEO. Which reason is responsible for Google's reserve?

Why you think it's easy to write a script to harvest them? I don't think so. These are normal sites like any other, which contains some obl links. They don't have anything special which makes them different from some normal site or blog.

Because they are listed on sape.ru. Everyone with a SAPE account has insight to the list or am I wrong?

I never bought them so can't tell from my experience, but I was researching about it and remember that even customers who bought SAPE links don't get report of their links. So I don't think SAPE merchants are dumb enough to list their domains to public so Google can see them.

You have a list of all domains on SAPE. You can filter it and choose the one you like. I think there is nothing hidden.

No need for special script. You can get instant access to all domains with their API. And Google doesn`t have to deindex those, they could give 0 link juice for those domains but they don`t care. Google doesn`t care so much about spamming cause you can`t make a perfect algorithm for spam-free rankings. They just tweak it to shuffle the serps and it affects all sites form whitehat to blackhat.

Cheers

Thank you for your answer. This might be the reason.

Why does it matter? Obviously it won't happen since SAPE exists forever and it works fine as it did on day 1.

Also, there are legit edu and gov sites there among endless others, removing everything in SAPE would cause some shenanigans in SERPs.
