Is it still enough to content lock a PDF with a guide instead of a hack like it was promoted on the landing page to be ban safe from CPA networks like AdWork Media? What would you recommend regarding blackhat niches?

A lot of people just host the "hack" on mediafire or somthing and only host the password on the network. But giving a guide should work to but if you are promoting this guide as a "hack" then im not sure

To the ends of the globe, No matter what it costs me.

With this method mobile traffic will be wasted.
