Question About .US Domains

I just got a .us domain and realized I cant get whois protection on it. Anyone have any suggestions as to how I can either fudge the information the site gives out or any other way of protecting myself? (this is for a whitehat niche so nothing that could get it banned and/or penalized)

If they dont allow privacy protection, try other registrar. But .us doamins sucks. Dont even think of using it for blackhat niche without privacy protection :)

Yeah the niches are whitehat but I'm still leery of putting all my stuff out there. Might make up a business/address and stuff and see how that goes. But yeah I know they're not very good I'm just using it as sort of an experiment haha

You cannot buy whois protection for country specific TLDs like .us, .uk etc.

Only other option is to fake a whois info.

Hey mate, just use fake info. On GoDaddy: select the domain>Change information>Select "Use this information for all contacts" (or something along those lines at the top, you'll see)

Buy a new .com domain, then use private whois.

Thanks for the response. I will definitely be staying away from country specific domains from now on lol
