Question About Trademarks And Intellectual Property When Promoting CPA Offers

New to CPA marketing.
For example, if I was using Instagram for promoting my website that links to CPA offers from a CPA network and the offer is, let's say, 'Win an iPhone' am I allowed to create my own custom flashy advertising image that says something like "Want a chance to win an iPhone? Click the link" AND includes a still of an iPhone within the image am I legally allowed to do this? Am I breaching copyright?

Okay, thanks for your answer. Do you think a CPA network would care about this? I get the impression they wouldn't but then again I don't want to end up with any strikes on my network account.

From my experience, CPA network doesn't care about that at all. Its better to ask your AM to be 100% sure.
