Public Proxies on YouTube

I was just wondering if people used public proxies on YouTube. I don't have a dynamic IP address so uploading videos is going to be hard for me. I know most VPN's like HMA are blacklisted because everyone uses them. I've even heard of some people using TOR to upload.

I will most likely just upload the video and forget it. I just need to be able to upload more than 1 per day.

What VPN's would you recommend, or has anyone had success using public proxies while uploading?

Other than buying a private proxy for each video I have to upload (sticking to 1 video per account) what would you recommend instead?

If you cant create accounts yourself you can allways take a look at the marketplace for HQ PVA accounts

Sorry, maybe you don't understand my question. I have no problem getting accounts. You said not to use public IP addresses to UPLOAD videos because they may already be banned.

Instead of using public proxies, what would you recommend instead?

I can buy accounts all day, but that does me no good unless I have different IP's to log in and upload videos.

In that case I suggest you buy some dedicated or semi dedicated proxies from buyproxie and use vps to create accounts.
Once you used aup the proxies just ask them to replace the proxies

Again, the point of this thread is to find alternatives to buying a proxy for each video I have to upload.

Semi dedicated proxies may be a cheaper solution. However most proxy providers only trade out the IP addresses once a month.
