Hi I would like to ask some advice on how you protect your eyes while working in front of computer screen for a very long time ? I'm researching about this for about a month now. The solution I found is Gunnar Optiks. I found a review from linus and many people saying that it really helps your eyes. BTW here are the specs of the Glass I just purchased on ebay

it cost me around $89 (includes shipping). I really need this kind of protection since I work almost 12 hours a day in front of my computer. I feel really dizzy and my head hurts alot when I'm about to sleep. whats your solution to this kind of problems while working ?

I have those glasses sitting on my shelf as I do not like them very much.
I just have a program called f.lux installed on my PC to make the screen dimmer and I take breaks regularly to ensure my eyes get to rest.

If you can't force yourself get off the computer, I recommend you download a software called workrave. It will block your computer every, say, 40 minutes so you go take a rest. I find myself being more productive when using it too!

I have flux too and I'm very satisfied with the results. I got used to the dimming in no time.

Just make sure that is light in your room. When is night and I don't have any source of light except from PC, my eyes hurt.

Yes, it has also happened to my eyes, however, I have noticed that eye exercises really do help so I am sure I can train my eyes back to how they were.
Oh, and lets not forget the nutrition! Eat your fruits and veggies!

I was considering these a few weeks ago, I'm still debating on it.

It takes some time to get used to the adjustments, but you will be thankful you did! You can also try lowering your brightness and increasing monitor's contrast levels.

My glasses have anti-glare and other protection so I don't have to look away. But, when my eyes or head hurts badly, I turn off the computer and sleep.

And oh yeah, if you still have good vision, please take care of it. I almost can't see without glasses.
