Hey, I just found a domain, and on WhoIS it says the domain will expire 04-18, does that mean I can easily register it after or does it go another way?

Don't give an answer if uyour not sure please.

You can if the owner doesn't renew it.

The owner will be given some time depending on the domain provider and if the owner did not renew within the time you can buy it its not like it will expire in 04-08 and you can buy that at 04-09 you will need to wait and see from the owner.

It depends if the owner will renew, also, it will enter in backorder, you will not but it on 04/09 for $10, maybe you will need to spend a little bit more

I don't think so because sometimes after expired dates domain providers give the owner 30 days to renew it.

If the owner doesn't renew the domain before that date (or even after few days from the expiry date, since the registrar gives few days additionally to renew it) then, the domain expires. Next, after expiring, the domain goes in what is called "Redemption" period during which the owner still has chance to pay some high fees than the regular one to grab it again. Now, once this period is gone in 30-45 days, the domain shifts into "Pending Deletion" mode where you'll ideally have to wait 15-20 days for it to be deleted from the domain registry (ICANN's database).

When it is deleted, you can immediately re-register it.

Hope this helps! :)
