As long as you turn into 18, you will be able to order your own prepaid credit cards and whatnot.

Just show them that you are paying tax money over your earnings, this will make them know its 100% legal.

Failure should be our teacher, not our undertaker.
Failure is delay, not defeat. It is a temporary detour, not a dead end.
Failure is something we can avoid only by saying nothing, doing nothing, and being nothing.

Create a Payoneer credit card and pay no taxes. And why are you listening of your parents? You worked hard to make those money, so don't give up.

Payoneer Credit Card offers the same advantages as any CC. You can buy clothes directly with the card, or withdraw the money from local ATM's.

Of course, to apply for a credit card you have to be 18+...

It's nightmarish to not have your parent's support at your budding stage. But it is a rewarding experience in it's own right. You'd have to find an older friend or relation to help you cash out if you're not old enough yet. It is important though to get the person to understand what you do.

What makes this experience rewarding is that you get to pick up skills on how to look out for yourself and work harder in the face of adversity.

Tell them that you're an affiliate marketer. If they think that you earn from games or something then at least make a real looking dummie site that promotes some LEGIT product that your parents would be fine with. A snoreless pillow or something. Then show them this to explain what affiliate marketing is:

They're right about IRS though. If you don't want to get in trouble, you should pay taxes. I don't know anything about the taxation system in Israel so I can't help you with that. You can get a payoneer card and withdraw your money through an ATM but that will be avoiding taxes. If someone reports you, you and you're parents (assuming you're under 18) will be in trouble.
