I need to get payments from cpa networks and in the future for different affiliate programs. What is the best payment processor? Safest and cheaper taxes? I heard also some of stories about paypal blocking accounts with thousands of money in. And if I start earning 4 figures a day in the future there will be any problems?

If you just starting out do w/e is more convenient for you. You can always switch or find anoter method.

Taxes have nothing to do with if you accept your money via Payonner or Paypal.
They both safe soltuoons unless your account gets flagged. Paypal tends to do that a lot and you need to further verify yourself. Payoneer isn't much better though.

All in all Payoneer is cheaper since Paypal takes a %.
I perosnally try and avoid both these providers. Sometimes Payoneer and your AN have a direct deposit option which is nice.

Well about taxes you have to pay that to govt, but about fees i would suggest you to use Payoneer.

Payoneer is best but some adnetworks don't have payoneer as a payment method so i think you have to use both.

If your account is verified with correct information then paypal will never ban your account or limit your account.
