Hello guys, today I withdraw my first money from bank atm. I withdraw 20€ (about 26 dollars), and I see in my accounts that 26 dollars was deducted, but why my transaction is in pending? I see this:
"Pre-Auth Transaction-ATM Withdrawal International ".

It is normal?

Give it some time, it will be listed on the transaction list soon. You better off using the funds in your account at POS terminals, this way you're not paying any fee just the goods you purchase. Personally, I wouldn't withdraw ~30 bucks. It's just not worth it.

This is absolutely normal. I frequently withdraw Payoneer money in Euro (Europe).

there is $5 withdrawal fee when you withdraw in your ATM so i think withdrawing less $30 it not worth it i usually withdraw when my money hit $100+

about your question: just give it some time it's normal :)

Okay, then this is different from Europe/Germany. There you don't have to pay for a withdrawal separately. Only the known US$ 2 or US$ 5 (Express) for the "activation" of your payment to Payoneer.

BlackHatSEO - We have to pay 3% per withdrawal, because we change the currency from Dollars -> Euro, dont we?
