Paying Tax Question

Hello Guys!

I am currently living in Hungary, and would like to open an LTD in the UK and pay my taxes there. Can i do that with the money i earn from CPA? Or is there a better solution to it?

I heard i have to literally pay myself if i have an LTD and can get a certain amount of money, but how can i assure that if my income always changing?

I could be an entrepreneur here in Hungary, but i would have to pay much more than i would have to in the UK.

Thank you!

What's the %% you're paying and which country?

Soon I'm about to be a tax payer too, and I'd probably have to pay like 52%. :S

Yes this is very possible.
Depending on what kind of company you're starting you wil have to give your self a salary.
Every income you send to your accountant, same as your expensives. And then whenever your "tax period" is over, you will have to let the state know how much you've made in profit to pay taxes of it.

You should really contact a business accountant in your country and see if its possible. A designer I work with lives in Hungary and to do this he had to get citizenship in the other country to claim his taxes there. I know in the USA that wouldn't be possible if you plan to receive and use the cash in the USA! For example APPLE is holding money overseas so they dont have to pay taxes in the USA, but once they bring that moneyback to the US they will have to pay taxes on it.

Exactly, there is nothing wrong with paying taxes using CPA money and in most of the countries I believe that one users brings money in his account, they have to pay tax.

Thank you very much guys for the Replies!

It is possible to open an LTD from here in the UK, without any citizenship, and i wouldn't have to pay taxes in both country, only in the UK, because there is no physical location for my business in Hungary, it would be an online one. Yes, i will talk with the people who can help you create an LTD from Hungary, i am sure i can work something out! If i was a UK citizen, i would just be an entrepreneur (self employed) and that would make my life easy, but i don't know how hard it is to get it at the moment!
