I just asked my account manager what is going on, a few days ago rates started to drop big time. If you are experiencing the same, this info might lighten you up.

Here's a piece from his answer;

1) Google and Yahoo have enforced strict rules on all Search Toolbar companies.
2) Google cancelled its partnership with Babylon today.
3) Babylon is also paused by Yahoo until negotiations are done.
4) Most toolbar companies will no longer allow their toolbar offer to be followed up with non-search products with search injectors, intext, pops, and white space ads.

The 4th part is the main reason the rate dropped, our company (and any other in the industry) is no longer inserting most of the toolbars inside the download manager.

What can I say. Yet another "fantastic" news from this scene. Oh boy. PPI used to be a good moneymaker, I really hope it will recover soon.
