Niche Questions!

I do game niches mostly, but I am curious about other specific niches. For example lets say I chose a diet niche, what will I do in the video and what will I give away as the download link to?

Take as an example the weight loss niche

Create a landing page - you can even use blogger.
Find some weight loss story pictures - Just search tumblr, it is full of them.
Make a video with pictures and add some weight loss story with subtitles.
