Ruining? More like everyone doing these kind of methods should stop ruining every single website on the Internet with their blackhat niches. The funny part is that this user is actually building spam backlinks on his imgur link. That's how I found it.

I don't see why not, but he was also creating backlinks pointed TO that link as well. So probably a link MLM/Pyramid schemes are now banned from CPA Elites., tier 3 links -> imgur -> direct website.
