"inappropriate metadata" - this is very interesting, they just told you a secret. You need to tweak description, title and keywords the way to make them feel like it's real, whitehat stuff. You can use words like "hack", "cheats", but remember to not place too many keywords, just act like you were new, inexperienced, innocent user.

I'm too negative.

Finally, a decent response

Title like: "Boom Beach Hack Download Cheats Free Now iOS Android" will get your video down, but title like: "Boom Beach Hack - Android / iOS Update" most likely won't cause any problem and your video will last for a long time if you add accurate description + tags. Try to experiment with youtube, you need to fail tons of times to discover what is most efficient.

Look, I uploaded 140 videos for GTA V niche and got warning for videos with overoptimized, spammed titles: https://i.imgur.com/zkH1BaG.png
There are 138 other videos on this channel that stay untouched. That means it's possible to upload let's say 5k videos on one channel and not go down for more than 24 hours. Optimization is key for success, just be as careful as you would be with SEO. That means you cannot get 1000's of videos, you need to create own videos (they can be very short) and rename all of them to not raise flag.

I used very short description (same for all of the videos), it stays under 100 words and also added only 3 tags.

I'm too negative.

Thanks for sharing these tips, I really appreciate it. My videos get deleted 20 mins after upload without even a link in the description. I suppose the issue is exactly the one u explained.
