Hello Elites,

I need help my website with the following thing.

- My background doesn't auto fit its just in the middle and got 2 empty spaces next to it.

I have tried to google the solution but I can't figure it out.
Code:
body {
    background: url("../img/background.png") no-repeat

Right now I got this I want to post images but I don't feel comfortable with sharing this niche with the whole community.

I would like some assistance here.
You can also PM me your skype and I will add you.

get rid of no-repeat, and replace it with repeat-x; if you want repeat horizontally

body {
background: url("../img/background.png") repeat-x;

}

I want that it fits the screen automaticly on any browser or size. Isn't that possible?
If I put that code you suggested then I will get the same image 2x next to eachother but that isn't want I need. Thanks anyway

I'm also going to assume your users MAY have a small screen as well, so you might as well use repeat. So you'd be seeing:

Code:
background: url("../img/background.png") repeat

Edit: Is your background image like a texture, where you can apply it like 50,000 times to the page and can't tell whether or not it's one big background? Or is it an image with a graphical scene in the background and if you repeat it, it'll look like your tiling it?

The image itself will not stretch.
You need an image that can repeat itself smoothly without visible edges. And then use repeat.

or try this, never tried it myself though:

-webkit-background-size: cover;
-moz-background-size: cover;
-o-background-size: cover;
background-size: cover;

That wouldn't help him if his image didn't start big already. You can't create pixels from nothing. :o
