Hello guys,

Two days ago I tried to boost my post on facebook with 5 euro (4000-10000 people will reach my post). My niche post (probably blackhat) was approved. After my post already reached 210 people I wanted to change the audience, so I changed some settings. After that I got this:
https://gyazo.com/36f6f7b647c3ee7011b0adf55d1df20f

I did this and after that my post said ''Boost pending...'. I searched on Facebooks forum and found you have to confirm you are the owner of the account.

I filled everything in and sent my ID. I didn't get any answers from facebook and my post is showing this now:
https://gyazo.com/8838bb4b442671f4b5f636785c66f18a

This is my first time with FB ads, So I would like to know if I can fix this or how I can prevent this in the future. If you want to help me, please add my Skype: robinburen

Thanks!

I find it interesting that they suspended your whole FB account, not just the option to pay for ads, since people usually get message like "Your advertising account is disabled due to unusual activity". Did you log-in to your FB account from proxies or a VPN?

You already did the best thing you could do, send them your ID. There is really not much you can do right now except to wait. Most people reported that they waited over a week for Facebook to respond, even worse some said they waited more than a month... Im in the same situation as you right now but there's not much you can do except to wait or buy an already established FB ads account, which will cost you quite a few bucks.

My Facebook account isn't suspended, only my advertising account (sorry, my english is not so good). I think I will try it on a friends Facebook account, but I'm scared to get the same thing as now. Is my advertising account suspended because of my post or my unusual activity?

if you plan on using another facebook account, don't you make the mistake to use the same Payment method that you used at the banned account.

There is a big chance not to have your ad account back anymore (based from my experience). I have provided them my id couple of times but they never answer back, My suggestion is to use another fb account with new payment method linked on it.
