My thoughts on Microsoft buying Minecraft

Honestly, I think it's a good thing for the game/company as Microsoft (clearly) have more money to inject into making the game better. I can understand the frustration for the gamers that frequent the forum though, I would imagine they are expecting many bad changes in regards to certain things such as communications and being spammed with up sells and such.

One thing I did read somewhere yesterday was regarding YouTubers channels, the guys that offer up tutorials and get paid for it may lose their revenue for whatever reason. I don't remember the exact source and it's first thing in the morning here so just Google it and you will find the source with ease.

I do believe that the developer of Minecraft sold it due to the stress, I don't think it was out of greed. That is just my personal gut instinct however.

I love situation when Microsoft buys everything what is very popular. Strange situation but I understand that is only for making money.

He can't stand all the fame anymore, it became a really big and popular game and as he stated, he likes working on smaller projects.
