My site got deindexed - someone copied my posts

My main website got deindexed from google. I have this website for like two years and it's pretty much the same site from the first month I have posted on it.

I believe the reason for being deindexed is because my articles are copied and pasted on other website/websites.

Now I want to report all the websites that copied my content to the google webmasters tools DMCA notice page (https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/dmca-notice) hoping that my website will be indexed again.

My concern is that I have only blackhat niches posted on my website. Is it safe to report if I have this kind of content on my website ? I mean will this make things even worst for me when the guys that check the duplicate content see that I am promoting blackhat niches ?

Or is this process an automated one and no actual person will read and see my blackhat niches ?

You didn't get deindex for this reasons, there are any other reasons man, Google aren't stupid so he Know who write the first content.
Check other way, for example bad backlinks, manual spam etc.

Did u add the site to Google webmaster? You can probably find reason on there.. And about the bh content on ur site, I don't really think it will be added back, unless the people at Google are retarded.

There is nothing on webmaster tools. The site was already submitted.

Highly unlikely. If your site got deindexed then there will be messages on webmaster tool regarding the issue. Or did ur site just get deranked?

If your posts were the originals, you shouldn't be penalized, the other site(s) should be. G knows who published first. Maybe it's because it was BH?

I don't have any messages regarding this problem on GWT.

EDIT: I was not looking in the right place for messages on GWT:

No results here.

I have found some past errors that I believe these were solved. My site got hacked a few months ago, but I fixed this problem and I also changed the hosting since then.

Apart from that I haven't made any recent changes to the website. Every thing worked fine until three days ago when my visits dropped.

And I also receive "Unreachable" error when I am trying to "Fetch as Google". The site works fine in browser, nothing wrong with that.

Google don't give a fuck about your niches, even if it's about hacking Pentagon, google don't give fuck.

First what you have to check is your backlinks, Go to ahrefs and check if someone did a negative seo to you, after that go to mozcast.com and check from the first day when you saw that your site was penalized - check if there is any peaks in mozcast, after that ask yourself if your articles were really unique and not thin and written in the right manner by someone who is fluent in English ( not like me writing shity sentences with only one dot in 50 words)

Most of the websites are getting deindex right now, I think it's because Panda is a part of the core now.
