Most important Metrics? PA/DA or CF/TF?

My question is which of these metrics should we check for our tier 1 web 2.0s or expired domains? I've always considered CF and TF matters the most so I've done my calculations based on them.
I've encountered TF 20 Domains with a 28 PA and
other domains with a 41 PA but no TF and 21 CF or so. What should I choose in this case? High PA or High TF? What would work better for better rankings?
Thank you!

Page/Domain authority is most important.

Biggest bullshit I've read today. Please avoid giving advice on seo related threads.
OP, I would suggest looking for domains with high TF but be aware that this isn't the most important metric. For me if you're going for expired domains/web 2.0s - look for ones with a lot of RD.

Most metrics can be gamed, check for RD both quantity and quality.
Run the sites through Ahrefs or Cognitive to see the strength and usefulness of the RDs ( Anchors too ).

I agree with this point. We need to check RDs for both quantity & quality

100% true. People rely on metrics because it is the lazy way to evaluate domains.

You have to analyze the backlink profile of the domains. Contextual links are the best. 1 contextual link from authority site is far more valuable than 100 blog comments.

All are important, but CF/TF is most important.

cf tf plus rd, but only high quality domains web 2.0 not so much high quality, because anybody can make it, but still help

cf/tf must have good ratio,

da out of date literally, I read somewhere their crawlers are way behind and takes ages

Also note

every metric can be game, but cf tf ratio not so much, and tf is harder to game

One site wide link can give u a million da, joke
