Hi,

How many of you elites meditate? Got any tips for a beginner like me?
I just started couple days ago and so far it feels amazing!

im still meditate, half lotus position. hehe
just 30 minutes only everyday. always refresh my mind and my body

I have been sitting in the chair. Going to try this half lotus position. This meditation is very powerful thing i do not understand why so few people do it. It is like a drug.

I'm doing mindfulness meditation for about month. Great exercise for everyday morning.

Can't say I have ever tried it or wanted to. Just doesn't seem to appeal to me. My "me" time is when im asleep.

if sitting in chair, dont rest your back in chair
keep your back straight, and your foot ground to floor
if you okay, bend up your tongue

hey, half lotus is simple brother
and what your hand pose?

do it in 3AM and after wake up
very good. not neeeded long time

dont blame me if you became addict

it just one of ways to know yourself, free will and ( maybe, finally) your path life
its easy to say, but in real, its hard to do it
took a lot time for me and my family to know that :(

I was told to meditate or do yoga by a doctor. Where can a beginner get started?

It feels like a restart button to my negative and lazy thoughts. It puts me into right mindset to focus on the better future and makes me more aware.
