Losing Ranking Without Penalty

I recently started ranking my website using a tiered link building project that I designed with 3 tiers and started to see very nice rankings. But, for some reason a little bit less than a week ago, my rankings started dropping. Pretty much all of the keywords that I was trying to rank for dropped out of the top 100. I added my site to Google Webmaster Tools as well and have been checking it a lot to see if I received a penalty like the unnatural links penalty, but I haven't received any penalty at all on that site.

Have any of you guys experienced something like this? And do you guys know any solution for this?

I'd appreciate any help you guys can provide!

It is normal. Just add more content (HQC) to your site and continue doing backlinks in the same way.

90% of the times when you get a penalty, you don't get a message in Webmaster Tools.

Cool

I second that, this is Google dance.

Continue with your link building campaigns, index everything as fast as possible, soon enough it will stabilize and hopefully it will be on some good SERP position.

I'm definitely hoping it's just natural. I have about 115 backlinks currently built to my website.

This is what I'm afraid of. I keep checking Webmaster Tools and am not seeing a penalty, is there any other way to check to see if I have a penalty besides Webmaster Tools/

I am still building links to my site and having GSA SEO Indexer index the links. Another weird thing that is happening is that every couple days I see that I'm ranking for one of my terms, then the next day it's out of the top 100 again. For example, one of my terms was ranking previously at #4, then it dropped out of top 100, then came back at 15, then out of top 100. And now today it hopped back to 12, and I'm betting it'll fall out of top 100 again.

I'm really hoping that this is just the Google dance and that it will stabilize soon.

I'm not penalized if we're judging by that method, my site still shows up when I try that.

Add more content to GSA or where? And by content you mean articles, correct?
