Hey guys, I wanted to get more into the whitehat/greyhat cpa, and provide my users with the content that they want.

Let's say I'm doing a cooking recipes niche and I make a blog post about recommended cooking books which can be found on Amazon. I then provide the download link via a link locker.

Has anyone have experience with this method? I'd like to know if it could lead to legal trouble.
A lot of websites lock ebooks etc, but could this cause problems since I'm making money off it, on the other hand, I'm only locking the url where the content is found.

Thoughts on this?

Use blogspot/SEO/longtailkeywords to bank off this method.
All it takes now is time and dedication :)

I know this has potential, but I was concerned about the legality of the situation.

You are sharing copyrighted content which is illegal... Unless the eBook is available for free from the author or source. However I doubt you'd get in any serious trouble... Worst case is the ban hammer from your CPA network.

Depends. Even if the ebook is free, if you don't have written permission from the author, then it's illegal. Some ebooks don't have any copyright/distribution protections in which case you're safe.

Like a member already said, worst thing that could happen is either your site gets taken down or your CPA account gets banned or both.

Cheers

You can use the E book that sharecash introduced.
For someone, they convert really good! And you won't go in trouble! ;)
