Now, even if I share some things from other sources I still try to always re-structure & customize to
add my own overviews, observations, analysis & conclusive opinions...
Almost to a point where I just about consider it Mine.

GOOD EVENING FELLOW ELITE'S

Foremost & Firstly, I'd like to take a Moment to tell you
 WHAT THIS IS NOT
As it would take a whole lot longer to try and Explain what it is..
This will not be some spoon-fed Niche or Method to hopefully help you earn a few bucks
so if that's what you're looking for you're in the wrong Place.
I'll give U a few seconds to Depart...
3..2..1...
Ok, Now That we got that out the way I'll tell you a little of what I plane to do here in This Journal
What this is gonna be is more of Journal of Information & Ideas  for GROWTH..
A Journal of LEARNING and The Explorations of Possibilities !!

Example:
Instead of Giving you a Niche that you can use Once and for probably a limited time
We'll Discuss the Processes for exploring, researching and then RECOGNIZING Which and
and from where those profitable Niches are most likely to be found in their Early
development stages..
THAT'S REALLY ONE OF THE BIG MONEY KEYS...
RECOGNIZING SOMETHING HOT.. AT THE BEGINNING OF IT'S RISE!

So if this is the type of thing you might find some interest in
I'm gald to have you along for the Ride, and If not, I still wish
you the best in all your Endeavors..

Ok, Now Although I will try to not over-complicate things and be as Orderly as/and
when possible(Doubt it though)I will be going in no Particular order because
that's kinda how this Industry is...ever changing, ever evolving, so I try to
approach my research, test and implementations from that mindset..
EVER READY TO RECOGNIZE CHANGE AND ADAPT ACCORDINGLY!!

I PROMISE I will continue to update this journal
as long as the Interest and Participation is There

==================
My personal Disclaimer
==================

Listen, I'm not here to make you rich, that's your job, to determine how much you are able to earn.
BUT I CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE A BETTER, MORE INFORMED INTERNET MARKETER WHEN YOU LEAVE HERE!!!
Now, In most cases I will Give You the WHAT'S and then you will have to take the initiative to research The HOW aspect.
What I mean Most cases I will provide solid info on what are some of the things you May want to explore to achieve a objective or Goal
and then you will need to further Investigate those things to refine it to your specific situation and needs.
That's what I hate so much about Methods, even if you do make a little or even a lot of money it stagnates you creatively,
Yes even when you do the so called tweaks, but that's at least better than being a dam Zombie and following it step for step.

Listen AGAIN, As we enter this Marketing thing and have some varying degrees of Success & Failures and then
at some point decide this is what you wanna do for a while..AND TAKE IT SERIOUSLY AS A SUSTAINABLE  SOURCE OF INCOME
One of your main Goals or Objectives, If not the main one, she be to in some form or Fashion
ESTABLISH YOUR OWN BUSINESS MODEL and/or BRAND!

And know it doesn't take a million dollars to do that but as you go on to make any Substantial amount of passive revenue
it is more than likely you will have to do some investing in some form or fashion..
Whether it be outsourcing a team, Tools and Services, Paid adverts etc...
But again, setting up the initial Infrastructure can be as little as setting up a Base of Operation to call your own.

Eventually you wanna control the Front and Back end of your Outfit and have all the other intangibles or working parts
Plug into the middle, at your discretion.. I mean from brokering your Own offers with advertisers to selling ads on your
own site, Minus the google adsense or any other  3rd party gougers, But to attain this your outfit must be professional
and of course ,well, it needs to have some worth or value..
Whether it be a services site, a products site, an authority site etc..and of course it helps to have some quality traffic, visitors or clients
attached to it but that is not necessarily a deal breaker and what mean is if you set up a quality infrastructure or base of operation(Website)
That is Smart, Thoughtful, Professional and has some sort of Innovative quality, you could go straight to SOME advertisers with just that
and they will provide you with some of their best offers and in some cases help jump-start your site with ad campaigns, sorta like an investment..
But of course this only happens if they see a great deal of potential in your outfit..
Just saying, There are some folks Out there sitting on great Ideas and have all the parts in place but just don't know or realize
HOW TO GET IT IN FRONT OFF THE DECISION MAKERS ..

This Happens in all Businesses not just this one, we call that right there..
"leaving Money On The Table"

Now as I stated That is Kinda the WHAT of the Matter lol..Achieving all that is a different matter altogether,
But at least you have a launching point to work from and as I go along I will give some stronger points
and insights on this but I surely will not be giving you a step by step working model to follow for any given Niche, Vertical,
Product creation or  Business Idea you choose to pursue as your own, I'm just saying it is probably a good Idea at some point
to think about making that your primary objective..

Wink

Here's a Few Things WE'LL be Looking at and Discussing!

[Image: B9318695611_Z.1_20150902172756_000_GSHBQ7_VO6.1-0.jpg]

*** Why we need to do Serious Thorough Research, Thoughtful Precise Strategies and Calculated
Planning & Execution Not just some rehashed methods that someone has passed along after
they've use it at it's fullest potential. WHEN THEY CREATED IT !

** ELITE RESEARCH, VIABLE INFO & VALUABLE RESOURCES

** EFFECTIVELY  CHOOSING & PROMOTING : Products & Services, Your own or someone else's

** DIGITAL meets TRADITIONAL/DIRECT MARKETING

** INCENT vs NON-INCENT: TRAFFIC, Accounts & Running Campaigns

** GETTING TARGETED TRAFFIC & WHAT TO DO WITH IT

**ESTABLISHING YOUR BUSINESS MODEL and/or  BRAND!

**
PASSIVE INCOME vs the quick easy buck: The Road Less Traveled!

** SEO vs SMM

**ELITE MARKETERS MINDSET

Some Other lil Tidbits..

*Diversifying your Marketing & Promotions Campaigns portfolio

* The Art of scaling and Outsourcing

* The Shady Campaigns: and How The exhaustive, CONSTANT rebuilding can drain your spirit,
and the Industry! ....may as well be working reg job - lol

Ok, that's enough for now...
I'm Guessing They'll be a whole Lot more as this is thing of ours is a ever evolving Industry
and by the time I post this there will have no doubt been a bunch of
exciting  new money making developments awaiting to be discovered

LET'S GO OUT AND DISCOVER THEM THEN!!

BUT FIRST THINGS FIRST..
Now no matter what path you choose one thing is a certainty..
"BASICALLY ALL BUSINESS VENTURES ARE PERFORMANCE DRIVEN"

You need for things to perform well to be successful but just as important is you need to be able to know how to gauge that
performance and  adapt an make  the proper adjustments when needed or even if there are no possible adjustments that can be
made so as to start to weighing other options...Buyouts, selling, dismantling etc..

So we'll start there with a little information on that to kinda stimulate and stir the brain juices
then we'll kinda back it up a bit to some more palatable Info.. lol
Told you..Wont be going in No special order per say, But there is a method to the proverbial Madness

LET'S GET UNDERWAY!!

The Basics of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

A Key Performance Indicator or (KPI) is a measurable value that demonstrates how effectively a Person or Company is achieving key business objectives. Organizations and or Individuals Usually use KPIs to evaluate their success at reaching stated goals that they have targeted.

Some Examples of KPI

KPIs are intrinsically linked to a firm's strategic goals and are used to help managers assess whether they're on target as they work towards those goals.

A sales team might track new revenue, total revenue, new customer capture, average deal size, and deal pipeline size to assess progress toward corporate revenue targets.

A customer support team might measure the average on-hold time for customers, as well as
the percentage of calls that result in a high post-call survey rating and overall customer satisfaction.
A marketing group will look at the contribution of marketing generated sales leads to total revenue over time to gauge their effectiveness.
Other areas of the business will look at the efficiency of processes and various quality metrics.
Human resources will look at employee engagement, employee turnover, time-to-fill open positions and other related metrics.

Managers and key stakeholders will monitor these indicators over time and adjust plans and programs as needed to improve the KPIs in support of the firm's strategic goals.

..................................

Now, I know you're thinking How does this apply to me?
But if you look close enough most business models  and their practices often overlap into one another..
You may have to maybe bend the angle from which you view it a bit but it is usually there..
The similarities are usually their and quite evident..

HERE ARE A FEW STEPS TO HELP WITH BUILDING YOUR ONLINE BRAND

Some different ways you can develop and make your online brand more global!

Put some serious thought into your design, Don’t take your design for granted!
Carefully think all this through choose the best brand for you.
It’s very important to really think about what you want your brand image
to say about you – because it speaks volumes.
While larger corporations hire Brand Specialists, this isn’t necessary if you’re an Entrepreneur or Small Business Owner.
There are more resources and themes out there than ever before, and most of them cost very little, if anything at all.

Keep compelling content on your radar
I use social media to track awesome streams of content.
I use Google Reader for my many rss subscriptions and follow 10 Twitter lists that I created.
This content is great to learn from and I re-share the coolest and most powerful resources I find.
Bill Gates was right when he said content is king so I do my best to create and share the highest quality content possible!
It is a good idea to subscribe to the blogs you find the most interesting and helpful.
Breaking the blogs you like down into categories will help you filter for the information that interests you the most.
In Google Reader you can organize your RSS feeds with folders.
Keeping the number of blogs you follow to a manageable number will help eliminate information overload.
If you follow many blogs on Twitter you can separate them into more manageable sections
using lists to create unique streams of tweets.

Take advantage of free Google services

A site that organizes and centralizes all the blogs you follow into one place is called an “aggregator”.
You can find some of the best known aggregators HERE
Since new blogs appear daily, it might be a good idea to set up a Google alert for your blog
and other blogs containing keywords that are in your areas of interest.
This is a great way to stay current with information, brainstorm new post ideas, and learn new things.
Google Apps for business is an awesome way to share files and documents with a team,
and set up custom branded email addresses for free.

 **Get the word out

One of the easiest things that you can do is to customize your email signature. We see it all the time,
but many people forget to do this for themselves.
For example, you could add your full name (first and last), your website URL, and any related profiles,
such as LinkedIn. Whatever you put in your custom signature, keep it related to your brand.
This will also subtly say “I’m a professional”. For more constant and interactive promotion of your brand,
it’s highly recommended that you roll up your sleeves and get into Social Media.
Social media is not as scary as it may seem. Setting up a Twitter profile and engaging
with the people out there is as easy as saying hello or asking a question.
Staying plugged in and keeping the Twitter conversations going will help you build a community of clients,
prospects, and colleagues that will reach further than an ad in the classifieds.
To take this a step further, you can build a Facebook business page and fan page.
Invite the people from Twitter to these pages. Be sure to leave the Facebook pages and
your Twitter page public so that you are easy to find.
Facebook and Twitter are instant and endless sources of global connections.

Keep your writing style scan able
The easier your copy is to read the more people will read it.
Break your writing into short sentences, rather than long rambling paragraphs.
Using bullets and sub-headers is a great call.
A few reasons bullets are a good tool to use are:

They make content easy to read
They look good on the page
They show the style of bullet you use, which is an element of your theme.

Concise writing is awesome. Less is more.

 Use free communication software
When two people have Skype accounts they can talk to each other face-to-face for free
as long as they both have broadband internet connections.
Skype has an iPhone app that works pretty good for making calls via wi-fi internet.
Google also offers free video & voice calling
I use Google’s Gmail to make free calls almost every single day. Thanks Google!
I’m also pretty active on Google Plus.

 Be consistent.
Be certain to use the same fonts, colors, writing style and other brand specific characteristics
consistent throughout every piece of written material.
When you are consistent you are setting a high standard of quality.
High quality standards are good for everyone!
A standard that I am carrying forward on this blog is to make sure that every blog post has at least one high quality image.
I also plan to create a variety of media for my different websites moving forward, including both audio podcasts and videos!

Be creative.
People love fresh and exciting ideas.
Sometimes the best route is the simplest one.
One of the best traits a businessperson can have is to find new ways of doing what everyone else is doing.
Sure, most businesses have a website now. But what can you do, in a creative way, which makes you stand out from the crowd?
Is your business card a standard size and shape like everyone else that passed out cards in the room?
Does your brand make someone stop in their tracks and take notice?

Be memorable

It’s no secret the endless names of companies that have achieved memorability. The key is to be memorable for the right reasons.
Social Media connections are real life connections with real people and these can help you create awesome new friendships and powerful new opportunities.

Build Connections & Help Your Network

Help people stepping into your neck of the business woods with solid advice and resources.
Engage with your network and work with the influential people within it. Help other people and they will help you too!
Maybe you retweet someone on Twitter, maybe you leave a comment on their blog,
maybe you connect with them on Facebook, there are many different ways to connect with people these days.
The more connections you have the greater your influence will be in terms of the overall reach of your content.
The more you engage and help your network out the more they will return the favor and the better off everyone will be!

Product Creation Simple Walk-through

In My Humble Opinion I think Promoting other people’s products and services, namely affiliate marketing, is probably one of the easiest and stress-free  ways to  start out learning & hopefully making some money on the internet. You don’t have to worry about customer support, taking payments, issuing refunds or putting the time and energy into creating a product in the first place.

However,As I've always stressed.. as time goes on and you get more experienced it is well worth considering
creating your own products as there is no doubt that this is where the largest amounts of money are made online.

If you’ve never created a product before then this can seem like a daunting prospect,
so here is a short blueprint to help you avoid the common pitfalls.

*Choose A Launch Date Before You Start

Just as many first time novelists have been working on their masterpiece for 2 years or more,
lots of internet marketers spend endless amounts of time working on open-ended projects that never seem to get completed.

So before you do anything set a fixed date to release your product.

This will force you to get things done, not be a perfectionist (a big mistake!) and work backwards
in your planning so that you can accomplish all of the other tasks in this blueprint.

*Realize That The CUSTOMER Matters, Not You

One of the biggest mistakes people can make is to assume that what they’d like in a product is also what their audience would like.

FORGET what you think, go out and discover what your audience wants.
Check what is selling in the marketplace. Sites like cbengine.com, clickbank.com, WarriorPlus,
Amazon Best Sellers are all good places for research but keep your ear to the ground and
use your intuition too: What are bloggers talking about, what are affiliates promoting?

*Make A List Of Benefits And Features

You MUST write these down in a list!
They will help you keep on track in both creating the product and
the marketing material as you approach your launch date.
Remember…
Features: What the product consists of. E.g., a 37 page eBook on keeping bees
Benefits: The results that the customer will get. E.g., saves the hassle and money of
buying the wrong equipment and making the common mistakes that first time bee keepers usually make.
See the difference? You need to push the benefits in your marketing before you talk about the features.

*Aim To Massively Over Deliver

Simply, your product should be worth 5-10x of the price you ask people to pay.
Buy some other products that are similar to the one you want to create and break them down.
What are their key elements, what are their weaknesses? Write all of this down into your product plan.
Another great thing to do is to include unannounced bonuses in your product.
These are parts of the product that you don’t talk about in your marketing.
(HINT: Audio interview are excellent for this!).
This will create a positive surprise for your customers and reduce the refund rate.

*Include Different Media Formats

Different people like different formats: Some people like MP3 so they can listen in the car or
when they are out running, others text PDF files, some webinars and others recorded video tutorials.

*Taking Payments

If it’s your first product then keep this simple!
PayPal is definitely the easiest to set up. I used this for my Traffic Escalator product.
It also integrates with other systems (e.g., JvZoo, WarriorPlus etc) so you can have an affiliate program.
Clickbank is simple, effective, has great analytics and has a built in affiliate program.
So don’t worry about getting a merchant account from your bank,
you can do this later. Keep it as simple as you can to begin with.

*Enjoy Yourself!

In my opinion, having fun is crucial to being successful online!
And when it comes to creating products things should be no different.
Personally, I love creating products as much as I do making money.
Starting from scratch and ending up with a brand new product gives you immense satisfaction,
especially when you start to receive great feedback from your customers (and you will if you follow this blueprint)!

*How You Might decide To Spend Your Time
Having created multiple products myself in different niches I recommend you split your time as follows:
1/3 Research & planning
1/3 Creating the product
1/3 Creating the marketing for the product
Finally, the worst thing you can do –

and I’ve seen people do this a lot – is to jump straight into creating the product.
It might seem clear in your head at the time but I can almost guarantee you that skipping the planning
and research stage will cause untold trouble later down the line!
