First thing... wow, I just realized how addictive junk food is!

I got lazy and gave up the gym a while back, since then I have put on weight (currently 13 and a half stone), I'm naturally broad shouldered and look pretty muscular, however the stomach annoys me now as it bloats after I eat something big and just feels uncomfortable. Luckily for me my wife work for a private education place, so I get access to the gym for just £5 per month which is great compared to their normal price at £30/per month.

Who works out down the gym I'm sure some of you do, I will fill out the forms this evening, take them down there and do the indication course. One other good thing is that they offer free dieting/weight training/fitness inductions every couple of months so will be able to write me up a plan.

My goal is to lose weight and bulk up by weight training!

Boss, Good luck but remember, if you keep eating junk food and wish you would lose weight it won't actually work. Proper diet is 80% . I am also working out at home. Doing like 1200-1500 Jumping jack daily with 8 minute high intense belly workout. i am 15 kg overweight.:(

I started to go to gym again. I was in good form couple months ago, but I started to eat pizzas in 3 in the morning and I gained like 8kg. So now I am trying to work out as much as I can to get rid of the belly fat. With good workout plan and diet you can do it Hawk. :)

It's difficult sticking to a routine that's the problem. Maybe I should join a weight loss forum and start a journey lol!

Isn't it too much annoying that it may took 4 months to lose 10 KG but it only took 6 week to gain that amount of weight. It just happen all the time

Yep, although once I get down the gym I'm hooked. It's just when you get sick or something distracts you IRL that's the problem.

Yea, that is the problem :D It is always hard to loose weight, especially fat from stomach. But we still have time. Summer comes in 2 months :D

It's lovely and sunny over here right now, you're right the weather plays a big part too, I'll not be very enthusiastic about riding down the gym when it's raining. Although, when the winter comes back I'll have a better mindset so it should not bother me as much. Getting wet is never much fun!

I am training for college football, so i'm in the opposite place as you. I am training every day to gain mass, I am currently 200lbs but my goal is to hit 240 by the end of the summer, I currently bench press 285 and squat 395. I am on a strict protein diet and supplements, no junk food.

Good luck to you guys, get past the first 2 weeks and all will be fine, the first two weeks will feel like hell :)

as you described yourself , im imagining you like my best friend, he is broad shouldered too and looks muscular and he had the same problem as you (( big belly fat )) and he still addicted to junky food LOL, we go to the gym together 4 times a week

the best solution that worked for him beside gym is running , he used to run 3 days a week for 45 minutes and he used to put a shealth in his belly , you can buy one online or in pharmacy , now he kindda have 6 pack Grin

it has been always hard for internet marketers to not gain belly fat LOL so good luck in your journey sir Wink
