[Issue with service] scam attempt, open dispute, user banned

Problem -> I started using this service a little over a week ago. Everything worked as described except for one problem. Three times while going to do a verification, it turned out that the platform required and email verification rather than a phone number, so seconds after requesting a number I clicked cancel number, and the system has a thing that detects whether you ended up using the number or not. When you click cancel number, it tells you number cancelled, charge being returned to your balance. Initially I didn't think much of it, as it stated it was returning the money to my balance since the number didn't get used. Then when I went to reverify a different number, I noticed the 3 numbers that I hadn't used were still in my used numbers and that I never was reimbursed for these numbers.

Now mind you, it's a small thing.. we're talking about $1.20 - but it's more the principle. If you're not going to return the money to the customers balance, then don't state that. And at least have the deceny to reply to my ticket. I wrote the support ticket over a week ago, and it says responses in 12 hours. The subject of my ticket stated returned balance, and I'm guessing that's why he is ignoring to open my ticket. And the ticket system is setup so that you can't open up a new ticket with a pending ticket open, and tells you to go add additional information to your ticket. Which of course, you can't do. The only thing you can do is view your old ticket. I've reached out to him on the forum thru the thread, with him tagged.. but just like the ticket system no response. I would of much rather not of had to make this thread, and of dealt with it in the ticket system, but as I said he never replied. Below are the screen shots of what I've just stated.

Here's another screen shot of me messaging him on the 24th on Telegram, he saw the message(indicated by the double check marks next to the message at the bottom right) and just like my ticket, ignored it. -> http://prntscr.com/l0ba7d

I don't even need a refund, just credit the numbers back to my account like I'm entitled to. I could of got my money back thru PayPal if I was on it like that, but I'm not.. and I'm not even tryna put any salt on your business, but you're purposely ignoring my messages.. so obviously you could careless. If you're not going to provide proper customer service, then at least go by your own guidelines set forth on your site.

Our hosting provider has been moving our data due to a server change on their behalf. We apologise for any delays in Support Messages.
Just to note, we do not have a telegram account, that account is not affiliated with SMSaccs, I do not know who owns it.

What is your account username and I will check your account personally? Sometimes numbers are set on Slow Release which is an internal process, I can check that out for you.

My username is klique. I logged in today, and it shows that my ticket has been read, and that the moderator is awaiting my response. But when I click on "view" ticket, it just brings me to an empty screen.

You had more than 72 hours to solve these issues.

Your sales thread has been temporarily unapproved to prevent honest CPAElites members from scam attempts.

If the buyer KooKlique won't confirm that he received a full refund or finally received what he paid for - within further 24 hours - your account will be banned for life. You won't have the chance to sell on CPAElites again (methods to detect possible multi accounts pending).

If the buyer KooKlique won't confirm that he received a full refund or finally received what he paid for - within further 24 hours - your account will be banned for life. You won't have the chance to sell on CPAElites again (methods to detect possible multi accounts pending).

Unfortunately, I haven't been reimbursed for the credits to my account. My ticket still remains blank, and I haven't been contacted by dm or email to resolve the issue. I have been and more than willing to put this behind us ifor you just credit the money back to my account on your site.. I don't even want a refund to my paypal, as I could of already done that.. in which I would have won.. I'm trying to help you out as to not crush your reputation and sales thread but you don't seem to either care or want to fix the issue. You've read my ticket, so you know my username there.

Anyway, derjrjr here are the 4 verifications you owe me credit for. I'll check back tomorrow and hopefully you will have responded. It'll be sad if you're really about to throw away your sales thread over $1.60 - As I said before, even if you would of responded and said you couldn't credit it back for whatever reason I would of respected the fact that you took the time to respond. But just ignoring a paying customer is bad business.

He never made it right, or even contacted me for that matter. Do what you have to do, I tried to remain humble thru out the process to no avail. Longevity obviously wasn't his goal.

Anyway, thanks CharlieHarper for your assistance.
