DA - 32
PA - 36

The metrics look decent but the TLD is co.in, Are country TLD's worthless in 2015? What do you think about country TLD's?

Based on the backlinks (referring domains, quality domains/non spammy links) it could be worth a bit of cash. It would be a decent PBN domain.

Do you think since the TLD is co.in and not .com, .net or something like that could affect anything?

Well if your looking at a brand-able domain, yes, .co.in isn't good. Authority/ranking wise there shouldn't be much of a problem. Try selling it as a PBN domain.

It should work fine. But beware that you need to be an Indian resident to register it, since it's co.in. Also, you would not be able to use private WHOIS (on mainly all cTLDs).
