It is hard to work with apps in Facebook now. And facebook will disable your account if you create a lot of apps for spamming.

I have created many apps but when one app was being deleted the other urls are ok. I put every app in different subdir of course. You cannot make it with the same directory. You mean the whole domain? I had run over 300-400 apps in the same domain.

Also what is the application spinner you have on your website?

1 app per pva.

and then hopefully you go viral.

I used to have 5-10 apps per PVA. When an app was being deleted the other apps on the same PVA were ok. They are not deleted automatically when one apps got deleted.

Depends what script you use. I use a script which is hosted in one subdir and it is configured to spin fb apps. Maybe that is reason why my apps get banned , because I use the same url to different apps.

I am using separate subdir for each app. For example,

example.com/app1
example.com/app2
etc
