Internet broke again!

Hey.

Not very long ago i created a thread because i had internet problems. Last time it turned out there was something wrong on our end, there might be some electricity problems in the room the router is placed. If the router gets a little more power it breaks for example a thunderstorm but in this case there wasnt any thunder.

It happened on a saturday of course so now i have to wait until Money to get it fixed, i hope this doesnt happen again.

Right now i am using limited 62kb sec 4g from my mobile hotspot and its very bad.

I'd suggest just to contact them again, By purchasing the internet from them you automaticly got a contract.

so, you have a modem and a router? Cant you connect to this devices and see if there is any issue.
And belive it or not, in most cases helps, if you just unplug devices from electicity for a minute.

Theres a red light on the router i have tried to turn it on and off a couple of times. But it wont work.

Yes we have contacted them, hopefully someone will come in a couple of hours and look at it.

that doesnt help.
It is difficult to gues what is wrong since there are many options how you connect to net or the setup.
Lets hope they fix it already.

That doesnt sound very good. If that was the case they would have said it.
