Insomnia is ruining my life

From last three or four months i have been sleeping too lately around 3am to 4am and wake up within 5am. It is like less than 2 hours of sleep.

Any suggestions on how i can resolve this issue ?

At first, try to deal with it by yourself.
Find on YT or G how you can do it. I guess you're under lot of stress, there are techniques how you can put it under control. Relax, give yourself a week or two and if you can't fix that by yourself (which is the best way), visit a doctor. Cool

I've got the same problem. It's not that I can't sleep it's just that I can't rip myself away from the computer.

Try hypnosis.. Youtube has a lot of great videos for sleep hypnosis.

please don't do this.... Get enough sleep, at least 5 hour sound sleep . I am facing same problem now i cannot sleep no matter how much i try . For now you will think i am getting money so continue this but believe me once health problem start to occur you will know its not worth it. It's not just about insomnia, many other health problem that take time to appear slowly . Just think about this and move away from your screen . Do some physical exercise , it will help you at night to get some sleep .
