I was using axis bank prime titanium rewards Debit Card (MasterCard). It was working fine last month but now it has stopped working for paypal.
I can add the card to my paypal account without any problem but when it comes to payment, I get the message that transaction has been declined by the bank.
Which Debit Card you guys using for Paypal?

Using icici debit card... works perfect with pp. Only downside is you need to maintain monthly balance to avoid charges. Even sbi cards are working now .

As I don't want to open savings account in multiple banks, opting for a credit card in my existing bank would be a good option.
What do you think?

The problem is from the side of bank, so PayPal can't help. Also the Bank people have no idea about PayPal Lol

Axis cards are known to work with paypal . Do you have old card without chip ? Maybe you can try changing card to this "Axis Bank Prime Chip Based VISA " one . I assume talking with branch officials is useless as most of them don't know about pp . Try calling a customer care executive, maybe they can help.

Open Kotak 811 or ICICI Pocket account. no hassle of maintaining minimum balance and they both work with PayPal.
