As suggested Mangrogelio, use table and put the images inside:

Code:
<table>
<tr>
<td><img src="URL-IMAGE1.jpeg" alt="Keyword" /></td>
<td><img src="URL-IMAGE2.png" alt="Keyword" /></td>
</tr>
</table>

Html Images:

Html Tables:

Regards

EDIT: You posted in the WRONG forum..... You must to post here : http://www.cpaelites.com/Forum-Newbies-Helpdesk

You need to convert it to .png manually which means you need to use photoshop and remove the background
