How to not get removed from YT?

Hey guys,

So on YT is a bunch of "Haters" i think some of them are just rading this post now xd. They don't know how to rank video by itselfs so they just report your video and gets removed haha noobs :)
So i have a question what do you do to not get removed from YT? I mean a saw a lot of people they didn't got removed from YT? I think a lot of haters did report theirs videos.
Please tell me that (:

If you use Blackhat niches you will eventually get flagged sooner or later so start dealing with it! If 1 videos make 5 videos and upload again! Or else go for Whitewhat niches!
