If you have saved the project you can edit it, but if not i don't think you can.

Just go to your source code: open your .sln

If you don't have the source code then you can use .Net's Reflector.

I'm not sure if I got you right.

If somebody else built this application for you, you'd have to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and edit your application - but only, if you have the source code.

You can get a free 90-day-trial here: http://www.visualstudio.com/downloads/do...-studio-vs

just make sure you have the souce file, open the sln file and find this code:

Code:
dim url as string = "http://www.yourwebsitehere"
process.start(url)

I built the app but I don't see any .SLN or any source code in the file. Where it is usually located?

this are project files. you need this to edit the .exe file it is usually located at

Code:
C:\Users\%username%\Documents\Visual Studio 2013\Projects

visual studio version depends on what framework the VB.Net app. I think VS 2010 supports only up to Net Framework 3.5 and VS 2013 Supports up to Net Framework 4.5.1
