How to add content locker to Blogger?

For some reasons I have to use Dynamic Views Template but it seems not allow content locker. Please somebody helps me out or share me the similar template that I could use\
Features of Dynamic views (or similar template)
- Mobile friendly
- No sidebar support
- No distract header

Just add the code to the most top of your post.. i use contect locker with my blog posts and i have no problem

I need to lock all site not just a post so I need solution :D Thanks for reply.

Then go to template and edit html and add your code in the head tag

I did but it didn't work. That's why I ask. Just dynamic views not all template
