It depends on the quality of your site and of your niche. For some niches, which are easily too much saturated, you will get severe damage in CR with an adblocked content locker/widget. However, if your niche is not much saturated and your site looks legit and HQ, then it won't affect much with adblocked CL/widgets.
As for some adblocker-friendly networks, here are some: ShareCash, AdWorkMedia, http://www.cpaelites.com/Thread-Network-Ban, BlueTrackMedia (not 100% sure as I haven't tried them for over a few months), IncentLock.

My traffic/site design are fairly high quality, but I just don't think that the issues Adblock prevents is worth going for any single network in particular in spite of.
Thank you very much for the list, I will definitely be trying out at least AdWorkMedia, and likely IncentLock.

If you do try out AWM, remember to use their contentlockingnetworks.com mirror URL for contnet lockers as the other links are not adblocker friendly.

Well that is disappointing. The mirror doesn't seem to work to get past Adblock properly.
The widget appears, but the background image for the widget is still hosted on the original AdWork Media website so it gets blocked. It is a little frustrating, especially since I spent so long setting up my widgets and now the smallest of issues is stopping me earning.

They just verify something regarding the image. It takes a few hours for the image to pass the verification or stuff and then it will appear normally. Don't worry about it. This will always happen whenever you upload a new custom image.
