How many of us work out?

How active are all the earnings in real life exercise? :P Do you guys work out or do any sports?

For the past few months I have been trying to go to the gym 3 times a week. But I haven't exercised for almost a week now, lol.

I weight train 5 times a week. Not good to spend so much time in front of a computer screen without doing anything else.
Did heavy Leg press, Deadlift and squats yesterday. I could barely walk this morning ^^

I train, that's about it. Never got serious enough to workout a proper diet. I don't eat much anyway, I have Crohns disease, basically means my stomach is fucked.
If I did start eating right Id be pretty big. I'm 21, 6ft about about 170lbs, between 12-14% body fat. I don't really like the "body building" look, more the "looks after himself, keeps fit"

What about yourself?

I've been training soccer for 2 years, then kayak for 3 years, taekwondo for 9 years (black belt), and currently bodybuilding for 2 years. Diet and training hard^^

Right now working out with dumbbells in my house so I can get used to lifting again. Because I let the gym for 6 months when I was injured. Yes I love that PUMP.

I started working out recently. I got sidetracked because of some issues. I need to start up again. Seriously.

I get lower back pain often, probably because of sitting 8hours per day infront of a screen. Since I started training my back muscles the pain went away, I can still fell it sometimes when I bend but its like 70% better than it was.
