So this is about a niche video I uploaded 5 days ago...

I was drip-feeding HR views to it 24/7 -> 6000 views and 400 likes and 5 real comments.
The video has a nice and appropriate description. The video has 2 HQ backlinks.

Now, someone uploaded a LQ video yesterday, bombed it with 15k views and 90 likes the same day and he is ranking 2. for that keyword with a brand new channel and without any optimization. This is just... oh my god. His video also has 0 backlinks.
