How do you organize your sites & cashflow?

Hey Elites!

I've been struggling with this for a looong time and I am looking for your opinions, what is the best way to keep track of all the TLD domains, expenses, income you generate, how much money spent on a site and most importantly how to track if it's worth keeping alive or not. Obviously every webmaster face this problem when it comes to trim their network.

I'm all ears for opinons. I've tried databases, excel, text files but somehow I feel I am on the wrong track with this.

I would actually want to know how other people do this at times also. Sometimes it's overwhelming.

I still do it the old way using Excel spreadsheets. Works fine for me so far!
